YEAH!!!!.....Just ran the Heart and Sole of Rigby 10K. I am dead tired but it was for a great cause. I missed my running buddy though. He and I are going to be running the Teton Dam Marathon in June so we will be able to blaze the trail together. Gotta love the after shots of a run but its the only one I have lol....Good thing I have sunglasses on lol
