Officially Exhausted!

Just got home from running, getting ready for Saturday and my good friend Lorie is such good company! I went to run this morning also and got some mileage in so my legs are super tired and sore. After running the greenbelt I was driving home and because it’s so warm outside I drove with the windows down and it was amazing! I am so glad summer is finally here! I went to get a JAMBA and now it’s cool down time! I really am excited for the run on Saturday; it’s the first one for the year. I am going to go run the course tomorrow morning as part of my work out and get a feel for the course. Anyway, while I run I curse the sun but once I finish, I remember why I started, it’s such a great feeling!
