Lovin life

I can’t even explain how nice it is to be up here, be able to take it easy for a while and tackle some of my pins. Tonight I am planning to make a really delicious dinner all off of Pinterest. I am going to bake some chicken breasts, top it with a mushroom, garlic, cream sauce, with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed zucchini. I also found this really good recipe for the Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster, made them and they really are pretty darn close to the ones at the restaurant. So delich! I am just as excited to be up here, because we are both now able to enjoy good home cooked meals. Before I came up here I hardly cooked at all. I love the house smelling like delicious baked goods. It’s been raining a lot here the last few days so the weather is perfect for doing all of this baking and stuff.
