Our sweet prophet, President Monson, and his well known quote Find Joy In The Journey. I love this man. I just thought this would be a good quote to start the year off with. Just as the other famous quote says, "Men are about as happy as they make their minds up to be," this is true for how we view the future. I believe we have more control over the brightness of our future than we may realize at times. We may not be able to control every situation but we can choose how we will react to them. One of my focuses this year will be just that. To determine my own level of happiness and gratitude and act accordingly. I know this man is our Prophet by the person he is and the person he makes me want to be. The fruits of our labor will be those who are brought closer to this knowledge as well. Happy New Year everyone and lets remember the covenants we have taken upon ourselves and remember we are a witness of Him. We can make this new year as great as we choose it to be. Lets take upon ourselves "The Challenge to Become" and bring ourselves steps closer to the person we are striving to become.
