So I recently figured out how to make OR hats for work! Its the only way to show a little personality since everyone wears the same colored hospital provided scrubs :( I had this one hat that was given to me and I thought I could take it apart and use it as a pattern. There is this one website that sells these same kind of hats but I would rather pick out my own fabric and make them exactly the way I like! So I did just that! I think they turned out great and its kinda fun because I can now make my own hats, and have different ones for every season/holiday!
