The other day we went down to grandpas and got a whole bag of cherries and a bucket full of raspberries....delicious! Well it was just enough to make 3 jars of cherries and 3 sandwich bags full to freeze. These look so delicious in the jars, I hardly want to use them! Last year for a friends birthday I made chocolate cherry cupcakes and they were soooo good. I have never done canned raspberries but Cathy gave us a jar to try and they are really good! I love this time of year...and so do my shelves! I laugh because it is so time consuming to can and when you have your shelves full of newly canned items, you almost dont want to eat any of it
