For the first time in my life I ate a crawfish. This weekend we went looking for an authentic Louisiana style restaurant and found Ragin' Cajun. We really didn’t know what to order but by the end of the meal, we had a boat full of crawfish. Surprisingly they were really good and the spices on ‘em were delich! This is why one lives in Texas...all the good food.

Ragin' Cajun!!
For the first time in my life I ate a crawfish. This weekend we went looking for an authentic Louisiana style restaurant and found Ragin' Cajun.
